"Missed Appendicitis"

Went here in January, hunched over with stomach pain, vomiting and could barely walk.

Saw me said I had a bug and that my blood sugars were low and to drink a bottle of lucozade, then checked again and sent home after they raised.

centre didn’t bother to make enquiries into stomach pain.

Two days later went to doctors and sent straight to hospital where within 2 hours I was operated on for a burst appendix.

Poor service that had the potential to be a lot worse from health centre if our own gp hadn’t spotted there errors.
