Clanyre Surgery
I'm writing this complaint after many different times contacting the surgery and getting the same receptionist on the phone. Constantly telling me there are no appointments accompanied by a terrible attitude.
I rang for an appointment for myself, I've recently had surgery and think I have an infection. I was told to come take a number and see the nurse. I explained I can't sit that long and wait and would need an appointment and was told there are none.
Total disgraceful attitude towards people who actually need medical attention.
"No appointments"
