"Shocked"

I was so shocked and surprised that I entered a NHS service, that was not like a third world country. They listened, they were professional and polite. Unlike St Mary's A and E that staff generally are super rude. Check reviews.. I had an outpatient appointment, urgent care at guys, then a visit to a and e St Thomas s . And they were super organised, no obscene waiting times and helpful. I have experience the worst services ever with witnesses and don't trust anyone in the NHS. So this was a huge shock.
