"No examination"

About: Southend Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I called 111 after pain in my chest and difficulty breathing after being hit by a heavy swing to my upper right side under my arm.

3 days after this trauma my symptoms got worse so I called 111. They said they would send an ambulance! Then the ambulance service called me to say I should go to A&E ASAP if I could. After a 3 hour wait the doctor told me to take ibuprofen and paracetamol every four hours. No examination. Does anyone see what’s wrong with this?
