Was seen by a friendly receptionist who showed general concern and care and was explained to about the wait.
Waiting around two hours which was more than acceptable as could see how busy it was and mine was not life threatening so was happy to wait.
Got seen then by a friendly nurse who treated me and made me feel valued.
This place is a real asset to the local community and the NHS. Great staff and service even on busy days.
