"A wonderful Minor Injuries Unit"

I arrived at 7.30pm on a Sunday (half an hour before the unit closes) with a badly gashed hand. Was seen and treated immediately, expertly, and with kindness and compassion, and was out within 20 minutes with the wound dressed and instructions on aftercare. I could not recommend this unit more highly. It is the third time I've had occasion, over the years, to visit this MIU and have always been most impressed. Every NHS Trust should have one (or more) like this. A big shout out to the staff who keep this place open 7 days a week, treat patients so beautifully, and serve the community so well. Thank you!
