"Let down by some"

Fantastic that they offer late appointments for those in full time work and it’s easy to pick up prescriptions next door or somewhere close by.

Some of the staff here are amazing, and really supportive with a great understanding of depression and anxiety, particularly one doctor.

Others, sadly, particularly one female doctor, are not. Left me feeling very angry and upset and I considered finding a different surgery after she spoke to me like a child wasting her time. She was curt, insensitive and unhelpful.

Some of the reception staff can be rude as well (not all and not one member of staff, he’s very helpful), but that seems standard across surgeries unfortunately.
