Recently attended RCH as a patient for surgery and the service I recieved from start to finish was exceptional! Can’t thank the staff on SAL, Theatres and Newlyn enough for the professional care they all delivered! From the Ward Clery upon my arrival on SAL to the Nurses, HCA’s, Anaesthetist, Medical Staff, Theatre Staff and Consultant! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my journey was as comfortable and informative as possible! This is why we all work in the NHS, to make patients feel cared for! When things go well, they really do go well! Thank you!
