"Treatment received recently at .Warwick Hospital"

About: Warwick Hospital / Cardiology

Over the .last few weeks I have received treatment at the anti-coagulant clinic.

I cannot speak highly enough off the very caring treatment I received from the pharmacy nurses and I would like this feedback to be conveyed to them please.

I have been a patient for many years and have always received caring treatment all round and have never had any problems at all. Full marks!!
