My 7 year old saw the lovely specialist ENT register today and he was great with him using humour to make the visit fun for him. The doctor was thorough and very approachable in manner. Although we had to wait a while to be called the experience itself was worth it, another great example of outstanding performance - many thanks and hats off to the NHS.
