I would like to take the opportunity to say well done and thank you to the team who looked after me yesterday. The hospital is so clear in its directions and the staff so helpful and courteous especially my volunteer awaiting entry into the theatre!
I have been quite nervous about my minor op to my cartilage which had to be done under general anaesthetic as I suffer/live with AF (a fluctuation in heart beat) but was put at complete ease by everyone.
I realise I cant mention names but even being wheeled down to theatre people smiled and my porter had a great sense of humour.
I felt I was given great dignity and respect by everyone. Good food in a spotless ward.
You deserved your Outstanding grade I know as an ex Headteacher how difficult that is to achieve.
Well done.
Charles Hardingham Clare, Suffolk.
