Yesterday I took my Father to the ROH, we were there all day,he had 3 appointments and X-rays and I just wanted to thank all of the staff, medical,clerical,porters, cleaners etc, you should all be very proud of yourselves. A special mention to the Pre op assessment unit, outstanding, your patient liaison skills were superb.. It is easy to complain but just as easy to commend.

20 years a patient visiting at least once a year, your standards are second to none and we just wanted to say how much you are appreciated, thank you.
