What I liked

It was a clean area. Staff were polite

What could be improved

Joined up care is non existant and you are abandoned if in pain. My husband would have received abysmal care if I were not a medical professional myself and could fight for him. You have to persistently request pain relief or it is not offered and you are rushed at every opportunity to get out of the bed. They barely explained anything they were considering and only released information when pressed. Overall very unstatisfied
