Receptionist are normally rude and abrupt. Called about information regarding a prescription and the person told me they couldn't even discuss over the phone. My prescription is a necessity! Without it I have awful side effects! Thanks NHS! My permanent address is in Maghull but as I student I live 8 miles away, I was told I shouldn't even be using this surgery anymore! Erm... Who are they to tell me that? The NHS need to investigation this surgery.
My last visit was for headaches and was told to "Just take paracetamol". I didn't wait a week for an appointment to be told to take medication available over the counter. I believe this surgery has too many registered patients, the wait for appointments is normally 5 or so days. How is that acceptable?
