"Much improved"

This surgery is really trying to improve the service it provides to local residents and it is working.

The GP's at the surgery are excellent and all actually listen and include you in planning your care.

Reception staff are always willing to help and most with a smile and a caring attitude.

Well done on the improvements you have made.

Only thing requiring improving is telephone access but hopefully this will happen soon.
