"Don't even bother!"

Can rarely get an appointment.

Latest conversation with reception today was , we only book 2 weeks in advance and we have nothing on our system.

You will need to call back on Monday.

When I call at the beginning of the week I get told they don't have any spare appointments.

I can't win.

I even got myself set up with online access, which is ok for repeat prescriptions but now when I try to book an appointment online it comes up with another practice that they are affiliated with.

The nurses are rude.

Everytime I go they suggest it is my age that is the problem. I'm 45 not 85!!

Absolutely appalling.

Can't comment on the doctors as you can't even get to see one.
