This medical practice is outstanding throughout. My doctor has helped me through a difficult and complex period over the last year with great skill, compassion and practicality. The care and interest shown investigating the possibility of serious illness has been extraordinary and I am very grateful to be given a clean bill of health and advice moving forward both physically and mentally, knowing support is there if I need it.
The team at IWMP are forward thinking and have an in-house physiotherapist whose experience, skill and empathy has also contributed greatly to my care.
The reception team are also wonderful and have the knowledge and understanding that ensures the process of ascertaining the reason for an appointment request works very well.
The practice operates a human and caring philosophy, which they have maintained despite the extreme pressures faced by the medical profession today.
