About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Got a call to come in for a hip replacement as I had been cancelled a few times before , went in an hour later . Staff were lovely as they could see I was nervous . Theatre team were great especially the woman who put my choice in music in for me to relax a bit . Ward staff are all great and deliver exceptional service. Only bad point I could say is I found one nurse to be quite sarcastic in the way she wasn’t with me (maybe that was her way) student nurses were great nothing was too much for them . Overall a great ward with great staff and thank you for all your help and guidance and getting me home within anfew days :)

Thanks so much for your constructive feedback, it's a shame that an overall great experience was somewhat tarnished by that interatction but we're still delighted to hear that staff felt nothing was too much for them and they helped reassure and calm your nerves a little.
