About: Pinderfields General Hospital

Thanks to all staff in the children's high dependancy unit in February 2018. My 13 month old and I arrived in an ambulance from the GP surgery as he was struggling to breathe. The care we received could not be faulted and the staff made me feel supported as a worried mother. We were in the children's unit for 2.5 days until he was sent home with medication and advice on what to look out for in the future. Really could not rate then any better given the upsetting circumstances

Thank you for taking the time to post about you and your son's experience. I am really sorry to hear that he was so poorly and understand how this must have been a great worry for you. I am pleased that our staff were able to provide the care and reassurance that you needed particularly given the circumstances.
