"A very good care experience"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a service user),

My recent healthcare experience was very good and I was treated as an individual on a one to one basis .

I was made to feel very comfortable and fully aware of my treatment given to me for TB.

The nurse came to my home to take my bloods which was very convenient for me, not having to rush to the hospital and my medication was brought to my home.

Every procedure given to me was explained and I felt very much at ease during my three month treatment.

The nurse would contact me by messages to see how I was and to get in touch if there was any problems.

Positively a very good care experience.
