What I liked
My Consultant is an absolute asset to your team. He is paitent and genuinely caring. He goes out of his way to explain things in a manner I understand and works hard to find a solution.
What could be improved
The administrative system is terrible. I waited 2 months for a single letter. Also I found that just to meet government targets I was given an appointment with a consultant who didn't specialise in my area of expertise I required. Whats the point in that?
