My mother has been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks now but cannot get through. She called this morning and the receptionist told her she can get her in for 11:45am. My mum got there and was told she hadn't been booked in, plus the receptionist she had spoke to on the phone went on her break so wasnt there. Im so disappointed with this kind of service and treatment.
