"Injured foot"

I hurt my left foot at work. There was a pain across the lower left side and across the top. It got worse overnight so I could not walk but was slightly better by morning. I explained this to the person I saw who sent me to get an xray, the person there said 'so its your toes' ? I said no. And explained. 2 xrays were taken and I was sent back and again the person who spoke about my little toe? Saying everthing was fine. A relief thanks. But, I was wearing industrial steel toe cap boots nothing could happen to my toes even if the building fell on them. My foot feels as though it is getting better but now I'm worried that I will have something about my toes and not the part if my foot where there was injury in my medical record?
