While the practice as a whole has been ok for the few years I have been registered there, the management team/supervisors need to take some form of training regarding their interpersonal skills. Reception is the first impression when you walk into the surgery and generally i have found the staff to be polite, and friendly. What nobody needs is to hear a male (who i was told was management) raising his voice and talking in a very patronising way to staff on the desk. All this does is unsettle patients. Staffing matters should surely be dealt with away from the front desk, and no employee should be spoken to in such a disrespectful way. I was very glad I did not have my child with me on this occassion and she gets anxious about the doctors anyway, without hearing this man shouting at staff
"Management are the problem here"
