"Outstanding staff on ward 17"

About: Royal Preston Hospital / Neurology

I just wanted to write to thank all the amazing staff on ward 17 who looked after my husband for three weeks during his stay. They cared for and meticulously watched over my husband; sitting by his bed, giving him dignity, and nursing him in every way. As visitors, the staff always took time to talk to us and answer our questions even when they were very busy. The ward felt safe, welcoming, and very supportive. Thank you for all you have done for us during this time.

Thank you so much for this; it means a lot to us to hear back from patients and their relatives in this way.

We are so glad to know the ward felt safe and supportive.

We will share this with ward 17 and their senior management so that the team's great practice can be shared and celebrated.
