What I liked
I went in today for a cut to the back of my head (fell off some steps). It was a bit of a wait but the nurses were really brilliant. I'm not great in Hospitals (despite my wife being a nurse) but the staff put me at ease straight away. I was gently chided for not going in on the day that I had the fall but then was thoroughly checked over and then the cut treated in the gentlest of manners. No stitches - just glue as requested, brilliant.
Full marks to all.
What could be improved
The wait but that is always so - isn't it?
