What I liked

I think this Minor Injuries Unit is a fantastic service. Firstly parking was easy and reasonably priced. The waiting room was pleasant and the receptionist staff were very professional. The wait was not excessive and the consultation was thorough and with good communication. I needed an Xray and this was done almost immediately. I can't think of many ways in which the process could have been improved and was delighted with my visit to Horsham MIU.

What could be improved

In a busy waiting room with inevitable noise, hearing your name being called was not easy. Perhaps a visual display might help?

Some hand sanitizer would be another good idea so people arriving or leaving could sterilize their hands

I was absolutely delighted with this, my first experience of Horsham Minor Injuries Unit - I would most definitely recommend the Unit to family and friends
