"Doctors and nurses great, receptionists oddly rude"

Came for a screening and saw a doctor at the end of the day. This was fine as I was given a link to check where I was in the queue. Doctors and nurses were great, helpful and respectful, as you'd expect. However, the reception staff are cold and dismissive to the point of rudeness. I have visited the clinic three times in total and each time have been shocked by their attitude. Their cold, abrupt manner belies the professionalism and kindness of the doctors and nurses who work there. It's a shame since it's an otherwise excellent service. They should take a leaf from Dean Street and D S Express. Receptionists are your first and last point of contact and sadly they leave you with a very poor impression.
