(as the patient),

Can't praise the department enough....the pressure they are under but every member of staff greeted us with a smile. We were well looked after and everything was explained clearly....thank you to all staff.

I am pleased that you were well looked after and that everything was explained to you during your admission.

The hospital can be an extremely busy environment and I pleased to read that every member of staff greeted you with a smile.

It is lovely to read such positive comments, as our staff really do work extremely hard and are dedicated to their profession.
