"Disappointment"

This is a mixed review. I have been a patient for a number of years and overall the services have been fantastic.

Getting an appointment can be hit and miss but I understand the strains and accept this. The practice has always been amazing with my now 3 year old Daughter with her being seen if necessary.

My major concern is unfortunate in that if I or my Daughter is seen by a particular Dr I'm made to feel like if the appointment has been for me I've wasted an appointment or if it has been for my Daughter I'm a neurotic parent and made to feel patronised, this is also afirmed by a family member who attended an appointment with my Daughter.

I am in two minds as to whether to move practices or indeed put a request that we are not allocated an appointment with this particular Dr if this is possible.
