What I liked

Although I wasn't there for an operation, the overall experience was very good. The staff were keen and kind. People aren't all the same for sure, but it was an ok experience considering it was a hospital.

What could be improved

Just a little bit of confusion at the reception desk, but otherwise it seemed efficient - I wasn't sure if I had been overlooked as my appointment was a last minute cancellation, but the receptionist came over and immediately I saw the doctor.
