Dear Busman

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent endoscopy experience. It is rewarding when staff are acknowledged for their hard work.

I am pleased to read that all staff gave you encouragement and made you feel at ease during and after your Endoscopy. I'm also glad you enjoyed the tea and toast.

I will share your post with our staff who will be grateful that you took the time to post.

I hope that you have recovered well.

Best Wishes

Donna
