"A positive experience due to quality..."

What I liked

The quality of care received as a patient on Ward 14 was exceptionally high. The staff did absolutely everything they could to make may stay comfortable. All staff were open, transparent and thoroughly professional in their approach. In times when people are quick to criticise it is of paramount importance that credit is noted in order to provide a balanced view. My perception was that the nursing team work exceptionally hard in what are not always easy circumstances - managing to juggle the complex needs and demands of a wide range of people.

Based on this experience, I have reinforced my view of the critical importance of an NHS system which is accessible and high quality for all – it appeared that this is what Airedale offers. Thank you.
