"The understanding, kind team on this..."

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

What I liked

It was my daughter who after traumatic circumstances had to visit the Wilson Suite - Ward 34. This could never be a pleasant experience, but the team of ladies on duty were absolutely fantastic. Explained everything and dealt with very traumatic circumstances very calmly and kindley without being toosoft or patronising. Owing to circumstances of visiting that ward, we were there for about 16 hours and they were not judgemental or harsh in any way. The explanations of what was happening to my daughter throughout the process were given and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure to meet these amazing ladies who work extremely hard, long hours with total dedication.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

People are very quick to complain, but "thank you" is rarely said. So, thank you very much to the staff involved.
