I have a husband who has a terminal brain tumour.

This once excellent practice are not a bit bothered. I waited over an hour and a half to get an 'urgent' appointment only to be told that the only 'appointment' available was a telephone appointment. How can they assess a DVT on the phone?

I told them I'd take him to A&E and was told that this was a good idea! No wonder A&E is so oversubscribed.

Reception staff are rude and badly trained. I have yet to see a doctor since the new partnership took over.

Can anybody recommend a good doctors please?

I need to change asap.
