About: The Manor House Surgery

I phoned yesterday for a appointment for the late night surgery after being put on hold from 08:00 until 08:08 got through no appointments left same answer for the last 3 weeks My blood are 100mgol so my surgery has now been cancelled and yes maybe i was out of order speaking to the

receptionist but their attitude towards me was a very matter of fact i needed a appointment for the late night surgery due to my nightshifts which i had just finished my 1st one and was returning lastnight so i was annoyed but when i have the health problems i have and the prolonged pain i have been in due

to the incompetence of the doctor who viewed my MRI results and could not see or didn’t think in mattered reported wear and tear and inflammation no further action needed. How am i supposed to get my bloods done when there is never any appointments so where do all the appointments go within 8 mins of opening I am now left to self medicate to try and control my diabetes on my own as in my view they is no duty of care and the doctor i was shot in with was very rude refused to give me a 3rd injection for my pain which as a doctor they refused to give me which as a NHS employer myself under their registration they should deliver a duty of care. I am receiving advice on their care attitude and also i went to see them as a emergency about my shoulders not my bloods but they refuse to listen they are very arrogant uncaring playing my problems as my fault and get on with it

I ended up walking out of their room totally disgusted distressed underminded patronising and as a practising GP they seriously needs reporting as a gp because of all the destress yesterday over this situation i could not attend my shift and felt very very anxious and suicidal

I do not think as a professional GP that their approach was appropriate also i was faced with the receptionists attitude

This is not the 1st time i have had this with receptionist thinking they can be rude also. So this surgery has left me with very high blood sugars due to lack of care, support or interest

self medicating

Suicidal thoughts

and shoulder pain due to being seen by a doctor who had to spend 20mins looking at my notes that i wasn’t even there for and being very unprofessional talking on the phone for the first five mins putting their hand in the air making me feel uncomfortable and again being very unprofessional patronising ignorant and rude also trying to justify the surgeries actions maybe if they spent less time making patients feel uncomfortable and threatened like i was made due to the downfalls maybe they should pay attention and address the problems in hand
