"Absolutely disgraceful"

Absolutely disgusting, I have COPD with no warning they have removed me from the practice with no warning , call or anything gave me 8 days to look for somewhere else when it clearly notes they have to give you 30 days , claiming I have had 3 missed appointments and then a 4th in December no such thing never needed a gp over the Xmas period , I recall missing 1 single appointment and that was due to a illness that they couldn’t diagnose I spent days in hospital had diarrhoea for a constant 18 weeks and they didn’t do anything for me that was the reason for missing that single appointment, this needs to be brought to there attention aswell as a few other problems I’ve experienced over the last few months , absolutely disgusting I will be going further about the way I’ve been treated lung disease is a very bad illness to have with no doctor available to see you
