(as a relative),

My elderly Mum visit X-ray at the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary.  She is very frail and suffering severe back pain.  She also has an acute leg ulcer, so overall her mobility is not good. 

The staff in X-ray were excellent, they helped her in every way to make her comfortable and not cause her any more suffering.  My Mum is 82 years old and when she came back to the waiting room she had a big smile on her face and said how wonderful the staff were at Wigan.   She wanted me to send a message to say "Thank you".
