"Serious problems dismissed"

I had a serious problem that was dismissed as just gland enlargement due to a virus / infection and it turned out to be something serious. The ENT dismissed it and now I have problems for life. The hospital itself was also dirty and over crowded, the staff were nice enough , but the consultant was awful . I wouldn’t go back to him if you paid me. Had my condition been treated sooner I wouldn’t be in the position I am today . Maybe they should start listening to the patients , as they know their own bodies / symptoms!
