About: Rotherham Hospital / Accident and emergency

This was the worst experience of any emergency care unit I have ever visited. The waiting area is dirty, the seating makes it difficult to get round especially for disabled users and children in pushchairs. There is no communication as to waiting times and it takes over an hour to be triaged to just be sent back to a waiting room for an unspecified time, absolutely ridiculous for some one in extreme pain. After several more hours waiting, finally get to see a doctor
