"Didn't feel understood"

About: Livewell Southwest

(as a service user),

Plymouth options.

I felt not understood and judged. I came for a review and no one told me what it was about. As far as I was concerned it was an assessment to see if I needed to remain on the list. I did not know these were extra sessions. Person who answered the phone was most rude to my mum who was trying to support me and explain my circumstances.
