"Pleasant, despite grim news"

What I liked

The waiting area is spacious, airy and pleasant. Comfy chairs and a good selection of magazines. I did not have to walk (on sticks) too far from where I was seen timeously, in a clean environment, by a solicitous professional.

What could be improved

The computer calling up MRI's and Xray images was rather slow.

I do not think sharing unisex toilet facilities really works due to differing physical requirements and all that entails.
