"Des - Happy Bunny"

I attended on 15January 2018,and had a direct access gastroscopy. Everything was explained,paperwork completed,and the procedure only took 10mins. I had the option to stop if I was not comfortable with the treatment,but it was fairly straight forward. I had time afterwards to have bp checked/observation,spray to wear off,and worked my way up to a nice warm drink. Staff,consultant,nurses,carers, I couldn't fault their clear cut professionalism,patience and empathy. Would definitely recommend to anyone
