"Surgical Day Ward - Outstanding!"

I can't praise the staff enough on the surgical day ward February 12th. I was admitted for day surgery on my toe and was very anxious and nervous. From the nurse who first took my details at the beginning of the day to the last nurse who discharged me, everyone on shift who I met was great. Later on I was seen by the anaesthetist who was very patient and took time to listen to my concerns as I was very nervous. After this, the surgeon seen me and was also patient and asked if there was any questions and explained what he was going to do. He put me at ease and wasn't in a rush. The staff couldn't of been any nicer. I can't praise them enough! I'd like to give them all a special thanks and hope this is passed on to them.
