"Proceedures"

Attended for a colonoscopy and arrived on the day of the snow, so some staff had difficulty getting to the hospital -as did patients!

Some delays obviously, but tremendous effort by staff to cover the rota.

Kind, considerate treatment, which took a little longer then anticipated due to medical reasons.

Was surprised that gas & air was used still, but despite that a successful out come, not without some humor on occasions. so not as scary as it might have been.,
