"No choice or continuity of care"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I would imagine anyone who is referred to this clinic has already seen many doctors. Not having continuity of care is very frustrating, having to repeat the same story every time to someone new is a bore. I had my initial appointment and then months later a follow up appointment which was booked with a doctor. When I arrived I used one of the machines to check in. It again stated I was to see the same doctor. I waited for half an hour and then went to ask at the desk. They said I wasn't seeing the same doctor. I asked to see the original doctor and he said no as he didn't have my files (which were in the other Doctors in tray). It's very annoying and frustrating to not have continuity of care and to constantly see people who don't know your history.

Also wait times for this clinic are terrible. Seeing as parking here is expensive, it's a great inconvenience. For a 15 minute appointment I paid for 2 and a half hours.
