We have been patients of this surgery for over 25 years and never experienced any problems with the practice.

I understand as the practice has grown the availability of appointments will be less but have always managed to get an appointment if needed urgently.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this positive review of our practice. You are quite correct in your assertion that the practice has grown dramatically and this does put pressure on the availability of appointments, fortunately, however, the 'sit and wait system' in place at New Croft does ensure that anyone who needs to be seen on the day can have access to a GP. This system works well for our patients and I am very pleased that this has been your own experience.
