"Excellent access"

I've been reading the reviews and noticed some comments about lack of appointments and long waiting times. I wanted to let you know of my experience. On Monday I attended the sit and wait clinic at 8.20 with a painful swollen knee due to osteoarthritis. I left the surgery at 8.50 having had a thorough consultation which included a joint injection to relieve my symptoms. I cannot imagine how this service could be any better . Given the current crisis in the NHS its amazing that a service like this still exists and I consider myself lucky to be a patient at this practice.
