About: Cross Hills Group Practice

Went to see the doctor today, he was running late no fault of his own, it’s such a busy practice. They are overworked and underpaid. The doctor was kind and caring. He didn’t rush us even though he was very busy. He explained everything, he was so kind and it showed in his body language. You can always tell he is more than happy to help. He is a great asset to the surgery. I will always make sure I see him. My app was very sensitive to me, and he was so professional. I was nervous about going today, but his smiley face and personality shone through, I instantly felt at ease. In a world with all the nhs cuts and long hours he showed empathy.
