Epsom walk in a&e was overflowing no seats in waiting room , triage space not good for wheelchairs, as also was the section for next stage three was appalling lack of space and heat.
however i had an amazing service from a really dedicated staff , at check in, triage and nurse practitioner and radiographer,
I just felt all their working conditions were appalling, you are lucky to have such dedicated staff.
